This hotel is disgusting & Expedia should not even partner with it. The first room (113) was so coated with filth that I was afraid to touch anything. Light over sink broken, AC broken, room phone broken, no hair dryer. Moved to Rm 234- still very dirty, no hair dryer (office finally found one for me to use), threadbare towels, no Kleenex, furniture battered. The only hotel ice machine was broken for 2 days, as well as the washer & dryer. Misrepresented online. I asked for refund after seeing the rooms, but was told "non-refundable" because I booked via Expedia. I realize Red Roof Inn is a budget-friendly hotel, but for $100/night one should expect at least basic cleanliness & functioning and basic hotel amenities like hair dryer and tissues.
