Dated but fine! Staff were super helpful when the room key system wasn’t working. Breakfast is decent, toast/bagels, scrambled eggs, sausage patties, apple & orange juice. Most frustrating part was that the exterior doors key slots didn’t work so you had to either prop the door open or walk all the way around the front. Spacious bathroom, comfy enough bed, good working area (although the AC was right next to the desk in my room so I was shiveringggg, better than the alternative tho!) good storage, microwave and mini fridge. Didn’t use the pool but it’s there. The gym left a lot to be desired, no bench, only 10 and 15 free weights, but there is an elliptical, sitting bike and treadmill. Close to the airport, and a Wendy’s across the street that’s open until 1am. Would stay there again if I had to.

I know I got in on a bad day. Elevators OUT (no one offered to help me take my bags up 3 flights and I'm 72 with a knee replacement.) no keys so doorman had to let me in to my room. Mediocre breakfast with old fruit set out. I think the management is bad. Nice staff that was trying but they were overworked. Long wait for shuttle to come to meet me at airport. No one at front desk. I will not stay again.

The pool was broken, and they advertise that the pool was open, The elevator was broken, and lastly, we did not get a Key for the duration of the time that we were there, we had to have someone let us in and out. We ended up barricading our door because at one point after we closed our door, we were able to just push it open as the lock mechanism was not working.

The exterior door that led to the pool area did not lock. It was unsafe. The sheets were dirty and the bathroom was not thoroughly cleaned. The room smelled like mildew.

Nice hotel close to the airport
I was greeted with a smile and then was told that room key machine wasn't working. I was escorted upstairs to my room and told if I needed to leave my room, please go to the front desk and have someone open the door again. I was reassured that I would be safe. It was a nice clean room and they managed to deal with a difficult situation. I would stay again but hope to have a key next time!

The living experience at this hotel was terrible. I checked in on August 12 and I did not have room service until the day I check out8/15. No one told me when I checked in that there won’t be room service until the fourth day, but even for the fourth day I didn’t get any Room service more until the day I checked out 8/16. The pipe in the bathroom was broken and I could not take the shower but then neither room service nor the handyman is available. I complained to the front desk but so far I haven’t got any reply from the manager of the hotel, this is really really terrible . I I will never go to this hotel again cause I have never seen that. The service could be so intolerable.
