The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, shower was nice and had hot water. There is also microwave and refrigerator included in the rooms, the lobby was nice and clean, the front desk staff was friendly. The only cons I have are: The sheets and pillow cases did have stains but possibly could be better with the use of Clorox or other deep cleaning products. Also the elevator door is a little shaky so it does make you a little nervous but not terribly noticeable. Overall a great quick stay!

The hotel smelled good as soon as I walked in the door. My room was clean and spacious. Bed was comfy and looked like it had a matress encasement. The only downsides were I wish there was more overhead lighting, especially at the room entryway. I think the bathroom could use some updating or renovation. It was a small bathroom and I didn't like how the door barely had enough clearance to open.

I’m impressed with the cleanliness of this hotel, the housekeeping staff was extremely friendly and extremely helpful, it was as if they were completely delighted to be there! I stayed on the third floor. The only thing I could complain about is the TV, most hotels I stay at have a smart TV option so I can just log into my stuff, this one had the basic cable package and as weird as it sounds, it was hard to change the channel. They also offered Dove shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the bathroom, which my daughter absolutely loved. I have to come back for Raleigh next month and I will be staying at this location again.

I stayed two days. After first day, housekeeping didn't service my room: They didn't make the bed, replace the coffee packets, or change my towels. Apparently they never even entered my room. Loud talking was coming from the hallway during the night; it seems from hotel staff because it occurred often during the night.
