Travelers stay away!!
Stay away from this property. It appears it is being used as low income residence. Run down and dirty- visible built up dust on ac units, shower curtain rod hanging, ac outlets inoperable... I could go on. Place smells of cigarette and pot smoke... Button on elevator smashed.. stay away, I wish I did!!

I purchased 5 rooms for 5 days for a conference with youth. The property was dirty both inside and out. There was an entire bumper in the parking lot and trash everywhere. People hanging out by the cars for hours - not sure if they were even staying at the hotel. The hotel's back entrance smelled heavily like pot/marijuana. The elevators didn't always work. One of the buttons was missing in one of the elevators for one of the floors. One morning we had to use stairs and were on the 5th floor. The only good thing I can say is that the staff were nice and fairly accommodating. I had some issues with this hotel last time, but decided to give it another try. Since I have teens with me, I will not be back.

The hotel needs to be burned down, it's so run down and gross. The actual room wasn't awful but it wasn't great either. The staff was very nice or else we would have left. First room assigned was completely unmade and gross, smelt like an Easter ham. The hotel may have been "smoke-free" but it reeked of weed. It was disgusting.

As soon as we checked in they gave us our room and when we got to it, it hadn't been cleaned and bed was unmade. Then they sent us to another room which had no extra blankets . Couches were dirty , floor was sticky and noticed a cockroach on the floor. Around midnight someone woke us from sleep trying to get into our room. We reported all this to the front office. On Sunday we went out for a whole day , before I left I went to the front office to make sure we wouldn't find anyone in our room upon our return , they clarified it would happen. After a long day we returned around 10 pm and tried going to our room in which our key cards no longer worked to open the door. We went to the front and to our surprise no one was there. We waited 30-40 minutes before some came back in to help us. That was the last straw. With little sleep we then encounter people smoking pot outside the rooms and in the rooms, we did not feel safe All this in a span of 1 day and a half .. We called our employer and begged to change our hotel.

From the outside of the hotel, it looks very nice and well-kept. When you walk in lobby is somewhat nice but very muggy, going up to the third floor the hallway was hot and had mild smell of mildew and you could hear a dog barking. Had to swipe the key card 5+ times to get the door open and once you open the door you get hit with a STRONG odor of mildew and cat urine. Workers left their workorder(pic attached) on the table calling out everything wrong with the room. Mind you, we just had a four hour car ride for a concert that we are now late to. We go to get a new room and the AC is broken there too and the room is dirty! Third room is guess where, next to the barking dog. Luckily the AC was working but we are now an hour late to our concert and we couldn't settle down because of the lack of cleanliness in this hotel. I am one to not write a review unless it is called for and this was one. Very disappointed in our stay and would not recommend to anyone I know, quite frankly no one should have to pay for a room from a good well known company with this many problems.

CURTAINS WERE IN SUCH CONDITION THAT THEY WOULD NOT CLOSE TO PROVIDE PTIVACY. ROOMS HAD AN ODOR. THEY SENT US TO ROOM 415, 115 AND 315. CURTAINS WERE BAD IN ALL 3 ROOMS AND WOULDN'T CLOSE FOR PRIVACY. ALSO, ROOM 315 HAD NO A-C. THE FLOOR SELECTOR BUTTON IN THE ELEVATOR FOR THE FOURTH FLOOR WAS KNOCKED OUT AND IT REQUIRED AN INK PEN TO PUSH THAT FLOOR BUTTON - NOT SAFE! HEY EXPEDIA, THIS PLACE MAKES YOU LOOK BAD!

Good and clean
The room was clean and in our price point. I had no problems at all. The only complaint I had was a strong smell of marajuanna in the hallway. I know it’s not a “hotel “ thing more of a customer thing but it was a thing. But other than the contact high in the hallways the room was nice and clean and I would come back.

Hotel was incredibly dirty. Stairwells smelled like urine. First room had water running down the wall and smelled like mildew. Second room felt wet and wasn't clean. There wasn't any part of the hotel that seemed kept up with or cleaned. The same pieces of trash in the hall were there all five days of our stay.

I honestly do not know how this hotel is currently open. The health inspector/state should come in and condemn this location. There was water dripping from the ceilings and video cameras all throughout the floors we visited trying to locate a luggage cart. There were buckets catching the water at the front door leading in, reception area, and hallways. The elevator floor looked as though it had not been swept in days. The carpets were equally as dirty. The downstairs smelled like marijuana. The 2nd floor which was the floor of our assigned room smelled like smoke. The 4th floor button in the elevator was completely missing. We arrived very late from traveling after midnight. We stood at the front desk for 45 minutes trying to check in however the worker could not get the computer to function properly. Even though it was after 1am, we left without spending even that one night. Worst hotel experience I have ever had after traveling extensively both personally and professionally.

The hotel was in poor repair. Out original room was on the 4th floor. To get there, we had to take the elevator to the 3rd floor and walk up the stairs, with luggage, to the 4th floor because the elevator was missing a 4th floor button. They were nice enough to move us to a room on the first floor. Unfortunately, the room had sticky carpets and what looked like mold on the air conditioner. The people working the front desk mentioned that they were working on repairs for the first 3 floors. Housekeeping must have been short staffed because we returned to an unserviced room a few times. I had to mention it twice to the front desk and get towels from them every night. The final straw was that I found out after my family and I were in the pool that they had previously closed it for testing the water for cleanliness. Big picture, I think a refund is in order. There is no way a hotel should be operating in that condition. Close it temporarily, complete the repairs, then reopen. The temporary loss of money would be better for the brand. It will a while before I stay there again. I and it's unfortunate because I travel there frequently.

DO NOT STAY HERE !
Worst hotel experience ever, dirty, broken walls , peeling paint, mold and the stink made me hold my breath while walking through the corridor and common areas Full of shady occupants, girls walking in and out all through out the day and night, if you know what I mean. I booked since the rates were a bit lower but did not expect this, never again. *Staff is good* but that does not help much with your experience .
