A bad start to our stay was learning that they now charge for parking which was not the case the several times we had previously stayed there. There had been no indication there would be a charge for parking which made this a surprise, "gotcha" fee that is really dishonest. It was especially annoying because you have to pay for the parking by a separate process which complicates an otherwise smooth check-in process and makes it take longer. Whatever revenue they gain from parking they will more than lose from future stays by people who get annoyed by this dishonest treatment.

My only complaint is that I feel like we are charged for stuff that we shouldn’t be charged for. Parking? Used to be free for rewards members, but apparently that has been discontinued. No free coffee, only Starbucks at the cafe.

The room was clean. The staff was great. The receptionists were very helpful and answered all our questions. The location was perfect for exploring the city. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.
