The Best Western provides a journey of smells as you advance through the premises. Smell #1 between the automatic doors - musty Smell #2 in the lobby, it's very warm in there, Christmas music is playing in September, Halloween decorations, musty and old mixed with air freshener Smell #3 what is in that "spa water"? Y'all please change the fermented water in the dispenser Smell #4 the elevator. Old musty and plasticy Smell #5 the room. Actual freshness due to the AC blasting. I can't really recommend this hotel. The bed is clean at least. I paid too much for what I'm getting.

It was a good stay in every way but was very disappointed that there was a $20 check in fee for being an hour early and wasn’t allowed to check in until EXACTLY 3:00pm. I understand if it was early morning but for just an hour, I thought was rediculous.

Would not let me check in after I already booked and paid on Expedia! I expect my money refunded to my credit card! Hotel actually looked great from the outside except for the location. Many sketchy people around hotel! Staff was not helpful, obviously not being able to get a room by some kind of made up policy about credit cards.
