This much loved, family beach house has seen many gatherings and barbecues over the years and is ready and waiting for you to come and enjoy a relaxing holiday. Situated in an elevated part of Rainbow Beach, you have access to all the natural attractions that make the town so popular including the patrolled surf beach, Carlo Point boat ramp and all the local cafes and Clubs etc.

The spacious, open plan living and dining area is overlooked by a huge kitchen with plenty of cupboard and bench space as well as room for an island bench in the middle.

Other features of this wonderful home include:

- split system air conditioning in the living area, as well as the main bedroom

- huge, undercover, outdoor entertainment area to relax in.

The master bedroom has an ensuite whilst bedrooms two and three are separated by a handy, two-way bathroom with double vanity.

Enjoy hanging out and relaxing outside with a huge, covered space including a gas bbq as well as an inground spa (spa is NOT heated).
All on one level, this holiday house is perfect for the youngest and oldest members of your family or group and everyone in between. Perfect for a fishing getaway or family beach holiday.

- Please note: This property is located in a quiet and relaxing residential area. This house is restricted to a maximum of 6 adults with a strictly no parties or functions policy.
Please note that (unless specified in the description) our holiday properties are not supplied with linen. Properties are supplied with doonas/doona covers or blankets as well as pillows; however, you will need to BYO or hire linen from our office including: sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, hand towels, tea towels, face washers.

Babies or toddlers sleeping in a portacot or bassinet are not included in the maximum occupancy.

Portacots and high chairs can also be hired at an additional cost.
Please supply your own personal and household items such as washing powder, soap, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper etc.
