Hotel is very outdated, I booked my dad a stay with my younger siblings and the place wasn’t clean the washroom was dirty, ants all over the kitchen and bedroom. The toilet had got clogged & they handed my dad a plunger with a bag on it & when he couldn’t do it himself they said there was nothing they could do so they were without a washroom for the last night there. Not happy at all definitely will not return

I was placed in a room with someone directly above us a heavy heal walker is an understatement. I mentioned my lack of sleep to the front end after a full night with no power due to a wind storm and nothing was done. I will never go back or recommend anyone to stay there ever. Bathrooms were from the 60'S come on some upgrades at least other than paint and cheap flooring.

I didn't like the property at all . So small room , bathroom, not cleaned as per the hygiene. I will never coming back again and will never recommend anyone. Asked for 2 queen bed , they didn't provide it. View is not good at all as mentioned it will be mountain view. Very unhappy, wasted 200$ for a night.

Good stuff: - Service was good - Room was clean - AC was good - Friendly staff Need improvement: - Need 1 fan in second room. - Need some towel bars and hooks to hang clothes, etc. in bathroom. - Although the building is old, they need to add a small exhaust in the bathroom. - Other guests were parking anyhow, not following and double parking. The managers have to instruct them to park properly.

It is an old run down property. The beds are uncomfortable, squeaky . Property is old and need of repair. Bathroom has no went fan, Ac is only in the main hall and not in bedrooms. You pay for what you get I guess.

I felt unsafe in this room as there were a few spots you can see outside with no barrier. Bugs can get in easily and it would be easy for people to get into. The balcony was also scary. If you look at the neighbors balcony’s the railings have fallen off and it seems like my balcony could fall at anytime. There was hair on my sheets and pillows. This place needs a huge renovation for what they are charging. I would not stay here again.
