It has a heated indoor pool (8m x 5m, 26-30°C), jacuzzi, fully equipped gym, BBQ area, bread oven and a large terrace to enjoy with family and friends.

It has a fast Wi-Fi connection speed with 400Mb (8-10 devices can connect at the same time)

The house is fully available to guests to enjoy the natural environment, birdsong and the pure air of Guayllabamba.

Guests do not have access to the rear house where the caretakers and those in charge of maintaining and cleaning the green areas and swimming pool live.

Residential, private and safe area, close to restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, gas stations, artisan market, zoo, means of transport, and main attractions of the sector.

Farm area, on the Panamericana Norte, near Cayambe, Otavalo (1 hour, lagoons, volcanoes), Ibarra, 20 minutes to the airport and 40 minutes to Quito by car.
