Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort
Except Ms.Karthika & Mr. Dolphin... Every aspect from food to bar to Housekeeping and room Service and ur security staff were disgraceful ...ur hotel management is itself is Not professional... So can't blame the others.. Maybe the owners are not professional and don't know the customer...
