Here is comments for my reviews. Staff were not very welcoming. Poor customer service skills. Onsen access was not set while check- in. Therefore I had to go to FD with clothing that’s was not appropriate. Restaurant is overpriced. Menu titles were in Japanese and English but descriptions were in Spanish. Wished descriptions were in English as well. Morning buffet was pretty good. I was recommended to stay at this hotel but I don’t know if I will stay again.
