Spacious, clean room plus short walk to town made this a wonderful place for us to stay in Queenstown. The staff, especially Ruby, couldn’t have been more helpful in terms of answering our questions and giving us ideas of what to do and where to eat.

Reception staff were fantastic. Our flight was cancelled at the last minute by Qantas and needed accommodation for three nights to tie us over. The staff bent over backwards to help us out. Very comfortable and close to the CBD.

Clean motel, 2 rooms. Bedroom with a double bed and a living room/dining area/kitchenette with an additional single bed. Clean, cozy and comfortable. The shower only had a top tap and the flow wasn't very strong. Small sink. The hotel needs a slight exterior renovation. It doesn't look new. But the room is really clean and looks like it's been renovated. Excellent location and a short walk to the city center.

Im so grateful they were able to accommodate me at short notice when travel to Milford Sounds was closed due to snowfall. Great views of Lake Wakatipu, the Gondola and the Remarkables.

I highly recommend this property and would gladly stay again. I was upgraded to a room with awesome veiw of the lake and mountains. I especially loved that it is within reasonable walking distance around Queenstown city.
