Hotel was great hotels.com was awful
The location of the hotel, the accommodations themselves and the staff were beyond exemplary, but Hotels.com was deplorable in its functions or rather its inability to perform its obligation to its customers and the hotel itself. I was locked out because Hotels.com did not deliver. The message to hotel had sent me with special instructions being required for check-in after 9 PM when I contacted Hotels.com I wasted two hours on a chat with them while they’ve berated me for making the mistake insisting I had received a message that never arrived. I checked my messages and emails multiple times during this chat to no avail but both the customer service agent and their supervisor were not only an empathetic to my situation, but also downright rude and abusive when I stop by the hotel the following day the hotel informed me that this is typical of the platform that there are delays in the communication caused by hotels in the hotels does not allow direct communication between The host and the guest. Needless to say not only was my money wasted, but I was left without a place to stay that night because the remainder of the accommodations in town were full in summary stay here for its wonderful location and view, but book directly with the property and avoid using Hotels.com in general for future stays I certainly will be doing the same

Excellent central location, basically the best situated place for people who likes to stay in the middle of everything. Very friendly and helpful staff, very clean and tidy. Both communal bathroom and kitchen was always clean and no bar odor anywhere in the vicinity. Guaranteed staying again and exploring other rooms next time.

quite good but too cramped
the location is really good and the view from the kitchen is amazing. it was clean enough overall. but toooooooo cramped. I stayed in a dormitory for 6 and ensuite. the bathroom was tooooooooo cramped as well. And there was a musty smell in the room as there was no ventilation.

Unbeatable location in the center of the center. Literally 10ft from the pier and the views we travelled for. Yes, it is listed as a hostel, but if you book the private room, it is the same as a hotel, but basic. We had the 4-bed room (traveling with two adult kids). I would absolutely return there.

Great location, very central. Allows free storage of luggage while you're away as long as you have a return stay. Clean beds. Awesome kitchen with opening windows. Free loan of towel. Elevator. Would definitely stay here again! One awkward design flaw with their bathroom sinks and little shelf just above the sink - they're both the same width making it awkward to wash your face and brush your teeth without making a mess.
