This is a great property off the highway and very convenient to the old part of Quebec. An Uber wouldn't cost much. It was very very noisy and busy. I had a family talking outside my room window (ground floor) at 11:30pm with children and I had been asleep which I found to be an odd time? The restaurant is cold looking and the prices were dumb expensive so we went out. Good overall for a quick night.

Comfortable hotel. Sufficient for a one night stay. Came home late at night and there was no more parking spots. The staff member at front desk seemed really confused when I asked for other places to park, and the other staff member who was at the desk didn’t offer to help in the matter. In the morning there was an undesirable smell coming from the shower drain. Other than that, the stay was pleasant.

Pros: -good location if driving. Right off the highway and a short drive into old Quebec, Laurier Mall, & Levis -staff is nice -a lot of free parking available -not noisy on upper floors. Even by the highway, you can’t hear any noise -rooms are okay. Bathroom is a good size. -coffee machine with nespresso pods -nice sized mini-fridge Cons: -not very walkable. If you didn’t drive, you will be taking a lot of Ubers -no safety deposit box -TV does not have cable so not sure why it is there -dim lighting for makeup purposes -Very poor maintenance. We came in and our shower handle was loose. There was also a spider web on our lamp. -house cleaning came the first day while we were still getting ready and we asked for them to come back later but they didn’t. The next day we requested them to come and clean & the cleaner came with no uniform (I had only recognized him from seeing him around the day earlier). He wiped the sink with a hotel towel and then wiped the mirror with the SAME towel. No cleaning products used.

Nous avons éprouver des problèmes avec la robinetterie de la douche, elle faisait un vacarme insuportable, j’ai fait apelle au front desk, ils m’ont envoyer un préposé, il m’a fait ouvrir l’eau, a entendu le bruit, la refermer, la ouvert lui même, plus de bruit… il m’a dit que si ca reproduisait de rapeller l reception, j’ai refermer la porte, repartie la douche, le bruit etait encore présent donc je suis retourner chercher le monsieur qui était toujours dans le corridor en attente de l’ascenseur. Il est revenu voir, il ne savait pas trop quoi faire, et c’est moi qui a finalement reussis à faire arreter le bruit, en placant la petite goupille qui allumer la douche dans une position précise qui arretait le bruit. Mais j’ai donc dut partir moi même la douche pour chacun de mes enfants parce qu’eu n’était pas capable de Le placer de facon a ce que la douche ne fasse pas le bruit. Sinon l’hotel était propre, les chambres sont petites mais raisonnable pour le prix. Notre carte ne fonctionnait pas pour aller à la piscine. Et j’aurais apprécier avoir une couverture plus chaude dans la chambre car ce qu’il y a sur le lit est tres tres mince.

Very noisy. At 4 am could hear everything. People stomping and talking and moving furniture around. My daughter found what looked like a dog bone under the bed.
