booked a hotel for two nights and received a confirmation number. When I arrived at the hotel, I showed them the confirmation and gave them my information. The front desk told me they were fully booked, they had no room for me, and said the confirmation number was invalid. They told me to contact Expedia and said they couldn’t help. I spent two hours on the phone with an Expedia agent, the first time they hung up the phone on me. I was Indian gay then I called again but it was a complete waste of time. Nothing was resolved. This was a terrible experience, and I will never book a hotel through Expedia again.

Great reception staff, good breakfast and exceptional room. Best shower by far. Great place to relax, easy 10mins drive to ferry, park there. Then ferry across to Québec city, up the elevator to the centre of the old town.

There is no room for improvement. This hotel is outstanding in every way. The rooms are spotless and modern. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was excellent. Definitely would recommend this hotel to anyone!

A great stop for our final Maritimes and Quebec road trip. The room was comfortable and clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast before our very long fina leg of our journey was nice. Breakfast was great. When we got there the eggs were all gone but they quickly brought out fresh batch. Selection was great. I love the coffee machines. My cafe mocha was awesome I have PHEV so nice to plug in and since it was level 2 it was charged in less than 4 hrs Our room (king accessible) was beautiful. My wife had some mobility issues so walkin shower was great - nonslip floors and grab bars
