All of the staff were very professional and friendly, and housekeeping was great. Our room was clean and we received fresh towels every day. The valet parking was very convenient. The buffet breakfast was light - a lot of bread and croissants, but there was also yogurt, cereal and fruit - adequate for us. We really enjoyed the wine vending machine in the lobby and enjoyed meeting the other guests. Our room, however, number 25, was a disappointment. It was in the basement. One wall faced the pavement outside; another was next to the ice and vending machines, and another was next to the stairs. Our door was directly across from the door to the cleaning supply room, which also held the linens. Housekeeping staff had to try to navigate the narrow hallway with huge wheeled carriers of linens, and frequently banged into our door, through no fault of their own. Overall, the room was small and often noisy. Although the hotel overall was lovely, I would not recommend staying in room 25. I think it would be better if it were just converted into a larger storage room, which would be better for the guests and the staff.
