needs a good thorough room cleaning like more dusting, noticed some stain in bathroom door & sink walls which I did clean it (LOL), clean under the sofa bed, consider providing new foam for the sofa bed, installing separate light switch on the sink area & the bathroom, as it bothers me when the lights on in the sink area during the night sleeping as no door between sink area & the bedroom. Other option is to install a black out drape between sink area & the bedroom.
