Perfect location, great room. I would highly recommend to anyone. Friendly and clean. Quiet side street right next to tons of dinning, shopping, and historic sites.
Location was great for exploring the upper town of Old Quebec. Easily walk to everything. Onsite parking is a major perk that we appreciated as it is not easy to park in town. Lack of elevator in old building was a pain due to large suitcase (on a long trip). Carpet a bit worn and rooms a little dated but comfortable. I would stay again mainly for location and parking.
Location, location, location. Check in and check out was easy. Parking was good, but tight. Room was cute and clean. Very firm bed.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Good spot - very central. Totally appropriate rooms for the price. My original room smelled a lot like smoke and cigarettes. I flagged it for my second night and they changed me to another room.
Definitely older building but does the trick.
An absolute delight! Cute, clean! Very comfortable bed. Sm. Fridge. Parking for a sm. Suv or car. Available. Great price i think it was $10.
BEST LOCATION! I would stay again in a heartbeat!

Friendly staff, descent property and very close to all attractions.
The spiral stairs were a bit tight but besides that the hotel was clean and Jonathon at the front desk was very accomondating with what to do for eating and things to do.
The room was pretty big for old Quebec. It had a small bathroom, special place for luggage and space for hangers. They had a coffee maker and a small fridge in the room that worked really well. On the second floor it was a microwave and some dishes. The location is fantastic. Minutes to Frontenac Castle, minutes to Quebec Parliament building. Also lots of restaurants, a coffee place on the corner with croissants and coffee and more. A real good place to go on exploring old Quebec city, parcs, restaurants, shopping. Everything on your fingertips!
It is a no frill hotel but it is conveniently located and within walking distance from everything. Be aware that there are stairs to climb as there is no elevator. The room and bathroom were good size and clean. Staff is friendly.
Toujours satisfait. On stationne la voiture à l'hôtel et on profite du Vieux Québec.

The stay was fine and the location was excellent. Issues arose when I lost my black pearl bracelet. I'm pretty sure I left it on the bedside table and since it's black on black I wouldn't be surprised if staff accidentally moved it or something of the like, I think that's how I overlooked it myself the morning we noticed it was missing (one day into our three night stay). Anyway I was pretty disappointed with the reaction when I flagged the item as missing. The clerk looked shocked and I had to urge him to take down the information on my lost item. I double checked his work when I noticed he never asked for my name or contact information. Overall I'm really disappointed with the handling of this situation, it sapped any confidence that I had that should my bracelet be found by them that it would actually be returned to me. Maybe there isn't a procedure for when clients who report missing items? If so, I think this should be corrected as if I really am the first person to lose something I definitely won't be the last. Down the line, I would have appreciated decisive action and reassurance (akin to "we will do our best to find it") even though I know that there's only so much that can be done, especially because it's possible I didn't even lose it there.
To those considering a stay: it's well located and a decent price, just be vigilant with your belongings.
