We are renting the ground floor apartment of this detached villa with exclusive use of a 700 Sq. m secluded landscaped garden with lawn and palms surrounding a 9m x 5m swimming pool (2,4 m to 1m deep), the garden and patio offer a stunning panorama and sea view, on the pool side a tiled area with sun beds is ideal for sun bathing, in the front porch overlooking the pool and garden a large table is available for al fresco dining and a concrete barbecue is just metres away.

WE OFFER TO OUR GUEST THE EXCLUSIVE USE OF THE SWIMMING POOL AND THE GARDEN (you will be the only user of the garden and pool).
6 hotel style sunbeds and an outdoor shower are available around the pool.
The property is placed on a hill offering amazing views of the sea and the nearby city of Cagliari.
The ground floor apartment has 3 bedrooms (one large master double bedroom and two twin bedrooms all air conditioned), a dining room with sofas, TV, fireplace, eat in kitchen, fridge freezer, hob, oven, microwave and washing machine, 2 bathrooms (one on suite to the master bedroom) with glass shower enclosure, vanity, toilet and bidet.
An L shaped patio just outside the living room, facing the garden and swimming pool with a sitting area (rattan sofa, coffee table, chairs) and a dining area with a
large table is just metres away from a concrete barbecue, all this is for your use only during your staying at the villa

The villa is placed on a hill overlooking the sea ( Cagliari bay and Poetto beach) and the city of Cagliari, Elmas-Cagliari Airport is about 20 Km away and Cagliari city centre 10 Km. The beautiful natural park of Villasimius it's about 25 km away.

The nearest white send serviced beach with parking and facilities is Poetto beach access and parking are 2 Km away from the villa.

The Bellavista shopping parade is 1 Km from the villa (10 minutes walk) it offers several restaurants, a pizzeria, a pub/bar open till late, several shops, a chemist, a large supermarket for grocery, a newsagent.
A car is recommended for carrying grocery, explore some of the most wonderful Sardinian beaches (like Villasimius, 30 minutes drive from the villa), visit Cagliari (20 minutes drive) with his many museums, old town castle, Roman amphitheatre and other many archaeological sites, if you like nature you can visit mountain parks such as Maidopis or Monte Arcosu, heavily forested with abundant wildlife. You can enjoy Sardinian food and drinks in one of the many restaurants, pizzerias, pubs just minutes away from the property.

Following some cases of air conditioning abuse, the first 80 Kw per week of electricity are included, the extra consumption will be charged at current provider price (as per last electricity bill).

Wi-Fi internet service is available, unlimited and free of charge.
The garden and swimming pool maintenance and the gas bill are included.
The only extras will be:
The cleaning of the property after your departure, charged at Euro 60.
Bed linen and bathrooms towels, charged at Euro 10 per person.
These charges will be payable in cash (Euro) at arrival/check in.
