A lovely 3 bedroom/6 berth static caravan in a quiet secluded location on the beautiful Llyn peninsula. Close to stunning beaches and fabulous coastal walks, but not too far from the market town of Pwllheli and Abersoch.

There is a large deck which gives breathtaking views of Cardigan Bay an Mount Snowdon.

It is ideally located for Families and Holiday Makers wishing to explore nearby Snowdonia or indulge in any of the numerous outdoor recreational pursuits catered for in the area.

This is a well laid out 3 bedroom caravan, it has a light modern feel with two soft seated couches and an integrated dining area which can be used as extra seating for more guests. The fully equipped kitchen with cooker, microwave, fridge-freezer is open plan onto the living area giving the feeling of a large open space.

Away from the main living area there is a double bedroom, two twin bedrooms (can be pushed together to make a double, if preferred), a bathroom with a full-size shower/WC and a further separate WC. This holiday home makes full use of the living space with all the bedrooms providing storage/wardrobes, perfect for a family getaway.

There is also a large elevated decking which offer outdoor dining wilst enjoying those amazing sweeping mountain & sea views.

There is a large driveway/parking which can fit 3 cars on, it also has the added bonus of being able to store a watercraft or boat.
A Smart television is provided for your entertainment. The bathroom has a shower and a hair dryer.
