Two large principal suites, one above the other, and two guest suites can sleep 8-10 adults comfortably or 6 adults with 6 children sleeping in Bedroom 4.

One Principal Suite can be found upstairs on the entry level next to the main living areas offering direct access to the pool terrace while the second Principal Suite is beneath with its own private sea view terrace. Meanwhile, Bedrooms 3 and 4 share a sea view terrace that joins both rooms, making it ideal for parents with children next door.

Know Before You Go

- As this is a new development inside Punta Mita, there is still some homes under construction nearby. Rates have already been adjusted to compensate.
- Guests with small children should beware the true infinity edge pool and hard-surface stairs leading to downstairs bedrooms.
