Our entire stay was absolutely blissful. The staff took impeccable care, especially our wonderful concierge Reinaldo. Beautiful property. Biggest negative was the muddy murky ocean and seaweed that washes ashore. You are able to see the beautiful blue water beyond the barrier but the water you swim in is horrible. The staff was wonderful, friendly and always happy. The "butler" that came with our room was not very present and didn't follow through with our requests for room service on the morning of my birthday. The resort was hosting a 700+ person convention with people trickling in during our stay. Luckily the majority and main event was happening after we left, they were a bit overwhelming. The property is large and somewhat difficult to find activities/events that are going on. The map on the app needs an update as it's very basic. First time at Secrets, loved the resort but probably won't return to this location based on the ocean conditions. Preferred option is worth every penny!

The servers are all so friendly, always smiling and happy, so happy to get whatever you need or want. Beach had a lot of seed weed but not anyone's fault. Just mother nature. Bars/restaurants very well equipped with whatever you wanted. Once again, I have been to many all inclusive and non and the staff at this resort were incredibly happy and wanting and willing to help and get you whatever you wanted. I was extremely impressed. I should have taken some names down because there definitely a few that needed to be mentions and pointed out to how hard they work and want to make the guests happy.
