As advertised. No frills
The listing had no ratings—we guessed it was new—so we had nothing to gauge our visit on. On arrival had some issues getting in but figured it out after reaching out to host. Rental was super hot (no AC or electricity) as no real preparations were made for our stay. We had to contact Larimar properties to get the electricity and the internet working. Noticed some oddities. There are no paper towels or washcloths and bare minimum toiletries. (We understand about not flushing paper.) Some inconsistencies were noted. Bathroom had a stain under the sink. There were ironing boards but no iron, only salt in the kitchen, the TV in the second room was missing even though there is a wall placement for it. Don’t get me wrong it was a comfortable enough stay but not what we were expecting. As with many managed properties, the care wasn’t there.
