Overall, it’s a good resort with plenty to do and enjoy. However, I was hoping for more staff who speak English — I had to use a translation app often to communicate. Also, there were no sugar-free dessert or drink options other than Diet Zero, which I don’t drink, and no powdered creamer for coffee (only milk or almond milk). Another downside is that they only allow three dinner reservations for a week-long stay, whereas other resorts usually let you book freely if there’s availability

The hotel was very large there was a lot of dining options. All of the staff for the most part were very friendly and helpful. Some of them spoke English very helpful for me. The only two I had was in any shop like buying souvenirs all the workers in there were very pushy extra pushy it wouldn't stop and it got irritated if you didn't buy anything from them. Other than that everything on the resort was great. Whoever is in charge of the dessert should get a raise because they were delicious everyday.

Pools were nice, they did a good job cleaning the common areas. Rooms are not renovated, lots of bugs everywhere, big gaps in the main door to the room. They must not spray for pesticides because we were getting eaten alive. Property is fram from the beach and because there are many resorts in the area the beach was always packed. Seemed more suited for locals than out of country visitor's. I personally would not go back. Buffet was good but the a la carte restaurants were terrible Lots of activities for the kids and the entertainers were very welcoming, they definitely keep the place alive

Un hotel con el mejor servicio que he podido estar. El Club Privilege para el cual me ofrecieron una orientación fue fatal, el trato fue malísimo. Es lo único que no recomiendo. Las facilidades hay que mejorarlas un poco pero el servicio es 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

It is family oriented place. Kids had so much fun. The staff is friendly and very helpful. They accommodate to our needs. Flexible with the sleeping arrangements. I would suggest to improve the directions to access the front of the property. The GPS took is to the bavk end of the resort.

En general bien, pero MAL Servicio del personal de resturante sobre todo los meseros, y el personal a cargo de los carritos de golf que no nos querian llevar de punot a punto. Estuvo buena la comida y el cuarto Jr Suite que nos toco estuvo bien.
