Very nice layout. Beautiful location. Spacious. Definitely needs some updating and refurbishing.
Superbe vue sur la mer. Accès à la mer très proche. Bel appartement propre et calme. Climatisation parfaite.
Le tennis était fermé. Les transats autour de la piscine étaient payants !
The location is great, right on the edge of the sea. Not far to Pula and to Kamenjak. The resort itself is old and run down in places and there is a big difference in the quality of the accommodation - check what you have booked. Some of it doesn’t have air conditioning and is scruffy, some does and is better. The pool is smaller than the photos imply and can get crowded. But the sea is gorgeous.

Amazing setting. Within the pine forest, metres from the sea. Apartment were spacious and clean. However cooking facilities were completely inadequate unless cooking a one pot wonder for one. Very friendly staff. Restaurants were tired & did not see many customers at them. But definitely worth it just for the location.
Beautiful resort on the water! We stayed in the oldest/most affordable rooms. They were a bit dayed, but still comfortable.
A new ce view from our balcony! And just steps away from the rocky coast.
The massage tent was just below our unit. We meant to schedule one, as they were afgorable. But our timing was not good. She was either busy with a client or it was closed for the day. Hours 10am - 6pm.
We were busy playing and cliff jumping on other parts if the peninsula, so we arrived back after 6 pm.
They offered breakfast or half-board packages at one of the restaurants at a reasonable price.
Self contained flat with good facilities, furnishings were a basic quality but did the job. Clean and tidy. Air conditioning had an additional charge for the access card but it was free if used for heating. Our flat had a balcony with table and chairs and sea view.
Crystal clear sea water, rocky approach to it, not for elderly or small children. Do not care about the swimming pool, in general, as long there is the sea (ocean). Exellent for scuba, lots of sea critters, perfect visibility. Lots of facilities for children to play. Good buss line to downtown Pula. Lots to visit and see there.
First impression was how rude the front desk representative was. He did not tell us anything about the room or location. When we entered our room it smelled horrible and it was hot. We quickly opened the windows and attempted to turn the air conditioning on. It did not work. We went back to the front desk since there is no phones to call the front desk. When we got there we advices him about the smell and temperature and how the advertising said there was AC and free WiFi in room. He said no and that AC was available at a fee per night. When I Stated that the website didn’t say so he was spent about 15-20minutes trying to find the small print that said AC was only avaible to certain rooms. When I told him I kept getting bitten by mosquitos and how my skin was having a reaction and the room smelled horrible and was dirty he said he would give me a spray for the smell. I said it was hot and ac would help the smell as well since I couldn’t have the windows and door open he said “well depends who you ask” I would never call this place a resort or pay as much as I did for the stay. Rest room was very dirty and ants all over the door coming in the room. Spider webs and spiders near the beds
Desperately needs a coat of paint, looks like a fifties Eastern European Olympic village. Very cheap, and you get what you pay for, air-con is extra, sun beds are extra etc. etc.
The location is very beautiful, the problem is there is not a lot of shadow on the beach and lot of space for children and for pregnant woman, if the apartments would be full I don't know where people would be. But for those who like rocks to jump in water it is great stay. I did not like that you have to pay for air conditioning, that this is not included in price and that the apartments with it are 30% more expensive. The price for this kind of apartments or stay is to high at least 25%.

Not expensive, not too rowdy and a decent bed.
I was barely there due to going to outlook festival but when I came home to sleep it was nice and quiet. If your after a cheap hotel which is not a complete dive then you can't really go wrong here.
Although the accommodation could do with an update, this hotel was a bargain. I would say it is more tailored for older people or families as it was a more relaxed holiday, and definitely not for those looking for a party holiday. We went on day trips to Rovinj, Porec and the Brijuni islands, all of which we would recommend.
Pros:
- The staff were very friendly and helpful.
- The swimming pool area is lovely (although you do have to pay to use the sun loungers)
- The restaurants within the resort had decent food, and were good value.
Cons:
- The apartment was quite run down, with very uncomfortable beds, although it was very clean.
- There are no restaurants in the surrounding area (excluding those within the resort), and Pula town centre is not within walking distance, so if you do not have a car you are reliant on the local bus service which stops at 10.30pm. If we were to visit again, we would rent a car.

Close to the sea/beaches and with a very nice pool. The rest is low budget.
