Great hotel but some dissapointments
The hotel was very nice. The location was great. And all the amenities were top notch. Although when it rained the water seeped under the door into our room. And when it started raining, you could smell the sewage in the bathroom. The one thing that pissed me off the most was that they charged us for towels that had a small amount of make up residue on them. They claimed they had to do an "extra cleaning process" to clean the towel, but inactuality just washing the towels would have gotten rid of the make up. I truely believe that this is a way for the hotel to take a little bit of your security deposit So be weary ladies and gents. Dont wipe your make up on the face towels they provide for you

The Ysuri was AMAZING! My husband and 2 daughters (26, 24) stayed for four nights, and we absolutely loved it. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, the room (we had a 2 room suite) was large and very clean. The hotel is right at Sayulita beach, and only a 6-8 minute was to Los Muertos Beach. 3-5 minute walk to the town. Everything about this property was perfect!

Office staff were ok. But Alejandro very rude with our group (my family) especially to my brother. Then when I asked for another set of towels because my kids left theirs out on the chairs the previous night. I felt I was been scolded for not returning them to get an exchange. When my uncle arrived he told him and my brother there was no room available but clearly on line it showed plenty rooms available. He would send the crew to check up on us while we were at the pool, telling us to turn of our music at 2/4 I the afternoon… when there was no other guest at pool area. We felt very unwelcome.
