Paradise!
The pictures do not do justice on how great this place is. It was the perfect getaway for my friends and I. We had 14 in our group, and we still felt so spread out because of how big the property is. The staff was so accommodating and friendly, I would definitely stay here again!!!

Quite possibly the perfect vacation
We had high hopes going into this vacation and we were blown away. Not only is the property down right amazing, the team of people were the true highlight of our time. I could recommend this enough and we will be back for sure!

Amazing Property for Multi-generation Family Vacation
We're one of the first VRBO clients to review this property so this will be a long one! We arrived at dusk, passed through the security guard/gate, drove down a steep driveway past several buildings and wondered which one was ours . . . they all were! This $15 million, 5+ acre property is MUCH bigger than the current photos suggest. We were met by the house staff offering chocolates and tropical drinks and property manager Andrea. My first impression was we had a luxury resort hotel all to ourselves. Andrea saved our vacation by shopping for us when our bags were three days late in arriving. Pros: - The living spaces and grounds were spotless, tended to daily, good AC in all the buildings. - The house staff, Ferdanda, the chef and sous chef and bartender were available from 7am to 9pm bringing us drinks and food wherever we were, tending to our every need. - You choose your menu everyday and we chose lots of Mexican food which was delicious. The chef made multiple last minute menu changes for the kids and even gave them a cooking lesson. Be sure and have the French Toast! - The bedrooms were spacious with big showers and lots of shelves for clothes and luggage. - The BEACHES! What we called "the big beach" is on the right side of the property and has a large, soft sand beach with shady areas for seating most of the day and a beautiful gentle swimming area for the kids. Lots of sand castles were built and sea shells collected! Just beyond the dock area is spectacular snorkeling with tons of tropical fish. We enjoyed using the included beach towels, paddle boards and snorkel equipment. - The pool area is gorgeous with lots of beautiful tropical plants, lounge chairs, and shady areas for family meals, ocean viewing and drinks in the hot tub. Cons: - Wifi is available in the main building but not in the casita area in November 2021. They're working on it though. - For seniors with walking difficulties, there are a lot of wide, stone steps, without hand rails, you need to navigate to get to most areas around the property because it's built on a sloping hill with the houses at the top and gardens down to the beach. We managed though. - Construction noise. A multi-story condo is being built right next door. Most of the outer structure is completed but we could hear pounding and sawing periodically from 8 am to 6 pm. There is also noise from the road above. It wouldn't keep me from renting again however.
