We had a great stay at los tules. Loved the spacious room and the friendly staff. Kitchen and room/bathroom had all the basics. Kids loved all the pools (especially the deeper one and the one by the restaurant) and the beautiful property. We saw iguanas and lizards and lots of birds. Great location to go to the beach or town or the mall across the street for groceries. There is also lots of restaurants nearby. Staff were pleasant and helpful! Quiet place - seemed to be mostly families or retirees. Margaritas and other drinks/food from the onsite restaurant were great as well! This hotel seemed to have the most beachfront and biggest grounds compared to hotels nearby!

Very clean pools and grounds. Our room view was perfect looking at pool and beach. Some language barriers since i dont know spanish, but everyone was friendly. Liked the on site Cafe.

Los Tules is the best place to stay with your kids and family. Very peaceful and no crowds. Wish it can be easier to reserve online. It always states that it is booked. But it isn't if you call.

It was a little confusing where to check in as it was also a timeshare, but the staff was kind and pointed us in the right direction. Most of the staff knew English which was awesome since my Spanish is so poor. The room was great, with a beautiful view of one of the eight pools and ocean. Finding the room was a little tricky and we were on the top floor, which meant a lot of srairs, including the last spiral, narrow staircase leading to the room, but we got used tonit pretty quickly. All in all, great experience and I will go back!

The property is in a very good location. Beautiful area and grounds. Park like setting. Small number of rooms for the size of property making it feel very private. Very wide beach and clean. Lots of different owners of these units and depending on the owner as to how well kept up the unit is. We were in a unit that could have used some up dates and fixing such as patio and sink. Otherwise it was clean and very comfortable. We were only on second floor which made the stairs bearable. Third and forth floors not so nice. Lots of pools and chairs. We would go back.

I had to move the icebox out of the closet and buy a extension cord to make a place to make drinks or remove items from microwave . Not worth the money I paid for the room. No outside seating or view . Outside was beautiful grounds. Pools were great!

I would never go back we had bedbugs cockroaches dirty sheets management is the worst have bites all over they said it was the sun home now. Doctor says its bed bugs next time not going to los tules we learned the hard way hope everyone sees how our trip was what a waste of time so stay away

Lovely quiet Mexican resort. We started our stay with friends in a time share unit and stayed on a few more days. The studio that we rented was clean, comfortable and well equipped. The view of the back of the restaurant was OK ... but not outstanding. We would return to this resort which has six great pools, lots of ocean frontage, fabulous view of Banderas Bay, shopping and bank across the road, bus stop just outside, and a nice bar and restaurant
