The pool to me was the best part. Immaculately clean water. The landscaping around the property was fabulous. I can’t believe the negative comments in the reviews of this place. I definitely would come back and stay here. Great location. Has it’s own private beach with chairs and towels provided at no extra charge.

I had left my phone back in Canada by accident , a friend came to the hotel and left me several messages with the front desk I did not receive any , and lost out on many opportunities because of this . They also said they do not offer wake up calls ! When trying to call the front desk for days rarely are the phones answered and when they are they hang up on you when you don’t speak Spanish

Big regret, they advertised different pictures of the property too different from what they have in rooms and parking and isn’t safe for a family stay, the big problem is the employees, you must have the information of your booking or other wise you won’t be able to check in even though you paid for it in advance.

Great hotel with great location, on the beach. Has all basic necessities for simple stay. The room has a great view, location is beautiful, lots of activities around. Stuff is very friendly and helpful. Cleaning every other day. One flow is a week wifi. No refrigerator or coffee maker
