This is a beautiful quiet hotel close to downtown Vallarta. The staff is excellent, and service is exceptional. There are 2 Jacuzzi's and a fairly nice swimming pool on the rooftop alongside the hotel's bar/restaurant. Food was very good. The views are amazing as well. Many thanks to Samantha who took good care of us during our stay. We would definitely come back in the future.

The front desk staff was rather unwelcoming during check-in, and they charge for everything—I was even billed for a replacement key when I accidentally locked mine inside. The manager is neither accommodating nor friendly. The bed was uncomfortable, and the bar closes at 9, even on weekends. I was also harassed by staff via WhatsApp over a dirty towel, which could have easily been washed. Overall, it was a terrible experience—I will not be returning. Ps - there’s no elevator

Liz goes over and beyond to make sure things like the Jacuzzi work. She makes sure that you get the best room possible. The restaurant and bar are superb! Try there lemon drop…really a divine lime drop with Tinos and citron lemon with lime juice and sugared rim…a home run!

The staff was very nice and that made our stay very enjoyable. The view in the room and from the pool area were very beautiful. It was quiet and in an area convienient to night life, resturants, and resturants. But just far enough away from the loud areas to be relaxing

Luis is in charge at night at front desk. He recommended the hotel’s delicious restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Patio Azul serves better food than you will find in most of PV. He was right. I had mixed fruit plate with yogurt and granola. The fruit was so sweet. I also had 2 eggs, pinto beans, ham with tortillas and salsa. Their green juice was so good too. Luis also recommended a day trip to Yelapa. OMG! It is an adorable little sea side town with beautiful waterfall. Thank you Luis! Erik

Patio Azul Luxury Hotel is very relaxing. They even have a big tv room with games. The restaurant has delicious options when PV can be hit or miss in general. Prices are very reasonable at hotel restaurant. Rooms are gorgeous! Views are amazing!

Hotel room was nice. I appreciated the bathtub. The staff was really friendly, they were very accommodating. The only inconvenience was the taxi drivers in town didn’t know the destination by name. Stayed for 4 nights/5 days and enjoyed it immensely! Staff were friendly and accommodating. Room was nice, no issues. Amenities (pool, hot tub, gym, soaking tub, restaurant) were all decent. However the most amazing thing was the views! Up on the side of a mountain made it very difficult for walking back to the property (we used Uber every time we left the property), but you were rewarded with some of the nicest views of Puerto Vallarta and Conchas Chinas Beach! Very reasonable rates, clean rooms, dining on site was reasonably priced and decent food as well. Would definitely stay here again

The hotel was very beautiful and the staff was very kind! The views are amazing! The hotel itself is a little far from the town but you can walk about 20 minutes or you can Uber and it not expensive. There’s a very pretty beach walking distance but many rocks around it. I would book with them again!

This property is a dream vacation. Quiet . Accommodating. From The service to the pools , jacuzzi. Nothing felt underrated . If you like a quiet hotel with amazing views , this is your place. The ubers into zona romantica range from $10 usd to $20. Nothing crazy. Never waited more than 5 mins for an uber. This place is awesome. Totally recommend
