The laundry dryer machine was not working properly, first it got stuck with the money, when we finally make it work it made a really loud noise and it was shaking at the end the clothes were still wet. I suggest you to replace the washer and dryer machine it’s too old. Overall the rest of the staying was really pleasant

The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, bilingual and welcoming. The place, for being a parador was well kept and clean. Location is very convenient and easy to find. No problem with parking. Excellent place to stop to rest when you are exploring the island. Thanks!

Not a bad hotel
Our stay was good. Staff was friendly. They need to do away with wearing an arm band. Your guest are on vacation no one wants to wear an armband. If its to keep track of whos a paying guest etc. I'd suggest something else. Hotel was very clean we were on the sides across from the villas. I barely ever heard traffic. The bed was okay. When there are 4 guest staying to a room one wash cloth isnt enough. And when asked for 3 more, we were given 1 more. Now my fiancé isnt one to speak up so he let it go. But that was frustrating daily getting four towel but one wash cloth daily. But over all it was not a bad place to stay at all. Nothing real septacular very out dated but it worked for us!
