When the food is better in the airline and even the kids reject the worst options (fries, pasta and pizza) it tells you a lot about the quality of the food. One would hope to find fresh fruits from the island but those were tasteless and the juices were made from concentrate. Would you like to have friends visit you for a couple hours, be ready to pay the price of a full night while getting yelled at by reception and security.

Los empleados son amables, pero tuve muchas malas esperiencias, las almohadas apestaban a humedad, el pasillo a mi habitacion en las tardes apestaba a popó, la comida en en general mala, los jugos todos sabian malos, la piña colada nada que ver, las reservaciones en restaurantes entras en la mañana a reservar y ya estaban ocupados.

Ok resort
Nice resort, the food is terrible, very poor choice and night shows is a disaster. The singers stand there infront of you, and looking at the tv screen. No smiles, no dancing or talking. Most of the time you are looking their backs. Very poor show. Drinks are ok. Clean pool, I think they can do better but the administration is bad.

I had planned a four night stay at this property however I left after my first night's experience. Very disappointing experience! No wifi connectivity in my room. I was only able to access wifi upon entering the lobby. I had no hot water throughout my stay. Faucet was blocked. Had visits from crawling insects that found their way through the space at tge foot of the door. The buffet was a feast with huge and aggressive flies.
