The mangrove on one back & beach access just at 1 ½ blocks

Conveniently located about a mile away from the town square, 15 min from the airport, & 30 min from Cancun - Playa del Carmen.

There was no water when we arrived. We reached out to the numbers on the listing and there were no answers. We emailed and received a short reply of a screenshot the water was out all over. The next day when we checked with neighbors, they all had water. We reached back out and Alma came by. She had a crew fill the water tanks and from then on we had water. Be sure to get Alma's direct What's App number in advance. She was helpful and friendly. We gave the house a 3 out of 5 because everything was OK, We asked to confirm that there were beach chairs prior to arrival which they did confirm but 2 where broken in 1/2 and the thirds carrying straps were broke. We planned to bring our own so this was a little disappointing and were told they would bring new ones but they did not.
