It was really close to downtown. You do have to cross a main busy street to get to the downtown area, it wasn’t hard to cross and did not have to wait long to do so. The hotel is very nice, clean, spacious and friendly. It is a family friendly place.

The breakfast was really good and the beds were comfortable. However we booked 2 junior suites and we're put up in one junior suite and one double room. But we're charged the junior suites price. There was no coffee/tea in the rooms or lobby. The pool is tiny and you have to walk outside down the parking lot to get to it and it's only 3 feet deep. They also do not have laundry available which was one of the reasons I booked this hotel. They also did not have a shuttle for us. We were woken up at 5 am by loud people banging on a door and shouting in the hallway which lasted at least 20 minutes. We also almost got hit by a car crossing the street.

La television no se ve nada bien y el cuarto estaba caliente, lo reporte a recepcion y mandaron a el de mantenimiento a lo cual el de mantenimiento me dijo que no estaba enfriando bien que por que todos los cuartos estaban ocupados y estaban usando el aire acondicionado y segun el le movio algo al control y que regresaba en una hora para checar si habia enfriado y nunca volvio y aparte estos son aires acondicionados individuales y no tiene nada que ver que todos los cuartos esten ocupados ya que no es un aire central y aun asi aunque fuera central debe tener la capacidad para enfriar todos sin ningun problema, pero para no discutir no dije nada y esperar que cuando regresara que me iba a decir, pero ya no regreso y ami parecer deben de contratar una persona de mantenimento mas profesional y a lo mismo en recepcion por que le reporte mas de dos veces que el cuarto y la tele no servian y no me hicieron caso.

The hotel personal was great but the concierge tour service at the hotel is a rip-off. They tried to sell a tour for 4 times what you paid if you book elsewhere, shop around and don't use the service at the hotel.
