It was okay. An older facility that showed its age. Toilet seat was loose. Toilet was even loose on the floor. Sink faucet was floppy loose. Breakfast was decent.

Generally a nice hotel. There was an effort to update it, but the bathrooms still remain dated. Rooms are clean. Multiple staff are rude and lack customary curtesies expected by guests-could use a lot of improvement here. The facility is acceptable, the staff have a lot to be desired.

The room was disgusting. Looked like someone had used it and wasn’t clean. Soap had been opened and used as well as some towels/washcloths used on the vanity, which also had something dirt/pebbles scattered on it. The safety latch on the door was ripped out of the wall and not useable. There were other towels around the room.

We just needed a place to stay in the middle of our long drive. This place fit the bill. I liked that it included a breakfast and a pool for the kids. Best of all, our big dog was welcomed. The price was average and they only charged a minimal fee for the dog. There is a nice big grassy area near the pool for walking the dog. I did notice that the property was in need of some TLC, and I was less impressed with the shower in our room... I was like, "What's up with the funky bath mat? I don't even want to know." I wasn't expecting it to be sparkling clean, but I should probably mention the condition of the carpet. It needed it to be replaced... I think when there is no telling what the original color once was, and there's obviously no cleaning those old mystery spots, it's overdue.

The bathropm floor was sticky. The bathroom faucet leaked profusely when it was moved to hot water setting. The sink drained very slowly. We will not stay again. St. George Ramada was excellent. Surprised to see the difference in the quality in the same hotel chain.
