We enjoyed our stay here, it was very well kept and the staff were excellent! We were traveling across country with our kids for the summer and this was the only place that made it feel comfortable enough to join breakfast in the morning, and wow breakfast was great! My only complaint is that we were put right next to a room with a dog that was scratching the doors or barking every time the owner left, but sometimes that’s just what happens when you get family rooms. A for everything else.

Stay here was part of a two week road trip 08/2024. I’ve stayed at other Best Westerns before but this one tainted the whole chain for me. The hotel carpets hadn’t been vacuumed and were stained. Bathroom was poorly cleaned and had yellow/pink mold. Stains on the walls. The pullout sofa bed was torn and stained and the room furniture is outdated and broken. Pool area is covered in bird dropping, do not head down there without shoes. Breakfast was included and I opted out of eating there for fear I’d end up sick. Would not and will not stay here again.

We did not realize this was a “pet friendly” hotel when we booked it. The room and property overall felt dingy, old and not as clean as we would have hoped. We ended up having to change rooms because of barking dogs below us. The staff was accommodating to our request.

We stayed one night. Staff were super friendly, room was clean. Breakfast wasn't great, not enough seating, and food was so-so. The biggest struggle were guests coming back to their rooms late (after midnight) and not being respectful, trying to open our doors, which left me feeling unsafe.

Staff was nice. Our room was in the back so we used the back door. Cigarette canister was on ground, trash around. Our door key lock looked like it had been smashed and was cracked on one side, you could also see light around the whole door when it was closed and the outside of door was filthy.

We stayed 5 nights. The pool was amazing. The rooms was great. Always fresh towels when we needed them. The breakfast was the only complaint. Constantly had to ask to have things refilled. They didn’t refill things in a timely manner. The quality of food was also very poor. They could improve on this area. I would definitely stay here again. The pool and spa was worth it all.
