We had an amazing stay at the Ritz Carlton Turks and Caicos. Beach and the property is so beautiful. Staffs are so great and made our stay memorable. Special mention to front desk guest assistant Tina and Kids club staffs Christina and Addy. Our kids also loved this place and didn’t want to leave at all. Thank you!

Our stay was amazing! The service and food were excellent, and the staff was incredibly attentive, checking in on us often to make sure we had everything we needed. They went out of their way to accommodate my aunt, who uses a wheelchair, which made the experience even more special. The massages were wonderful and very relaxing. The only areas for improvement would be updating the rooms with newer technology, such as Bluetooth speakers for phones, and modernizing the gym facilities. Overall, everyone truly went above and beyond, and we had a fantastic stay.

I would like if the Ritz would provide complimentary transportation to some of the restaurants and shopping.We payed 60 dollars to go to Vita on the Rocks one way (we got ripped off by taxi driver)they take advantage of the tourists which I didn’t like.But will return with a different game plan on eating which is very expensive also,and screening taxi driver fares the next time we come,the water there is the best I’ve seen and very inviting.

this hotel was so amazing that they discovered the fact that I had left my phone there and notified me and returned it. Also, some medication that I left in the cupboard and were FedEx me overnight. Also, the housekeeper accidentally threw out my contact box and they went to a local optic shop and gave me 20 free contacts amazing I usually say it the four seasons but I found this Hotel superior.

Our stay was very good. The hotel is very clean, the room is very spacious, the gastronomy excellent. We had the Opportunity to meet the manager of the Hotel due to a situation we had he did excellently well with us he was our guide and thanks to him we did not miss the excursion we had because we were late. We thank you again.
