VILLA LAYOUT & RATE
Main House: Sandy Toes sleeps up to 8, as quoted. The main house boasts a signature bedroom with a king-size bed, a large ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and jetted tub, a washer/dryer, a television, and views of the gardens and chess court. Two queen size bedrooms, one with an ensuite bathroom that walks out to the gardens and pool, and the other shares a bathroom with the Twin bedroom.

Main House plus Cottage, Salty Kisses sleeps up to 12; additional charges apply; see rates and extra person fee. Salty Kisses -968 sq. Ft. The Cottage has a queen size bed, en suite bath, two twin, extra-long beds in the living area, a full kitchen, flat screen HD SMART television, DVD player, air conditioner, ceiling fans, louver windows, and great natural lighting. The Cottage has a separate entrance off the Pool deck.

The villa is exclusively rented to one party at a time, either as a 4 or 5-bedroom, with the Cottage closed off when only using the Main House.
The entire roof of the Main house is foam insulated; thus, the house enjoys a comfortable temperature all year round, reducing the cost of air conditioning. Many ceiling fans, large windows, and sliding glass doors bring in the calm trade winds. The air conditioning in the living room and kitchen is solar-powered. Just so you know, air conditioning usage is charged back to the renter.

The kitchen is a masterpiece of design and functionality, with black granite countertops, custom cabinetry, champagne, crystal chandeliers, and top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances. CANCELLATION POLICY - Moderate

Travelers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Otherwise, they won't get a refund. Dates can be altered before the cancellation period.
