The property is under construction at this time, which I was not aware of when I made the reservation. Check in staff was very helpful and quick. One note to this property, your shuttle vehicle is a mess, needs to be cleaned on the inside

Omg nowhere when booking was I told about the construction going on no soap no shampoo in bathroom no anything I’ve been staying in Warwick for work tried this hotel never again ! All the other hotels had the basics at least this place was dirty as well such a waste if my money I booked for 5 days too so I was already out a huge chunk !

Didn't know about construction. Thought the hotel was closed. Sign was not lit up. Hard to find. Parking lot closed. Limited signage. Paper signs with small print. Was lost in the dark for a while while i tried to figure it out

The bathroom smelled like well—the obvious. Whole place was under construction. It was quiet where they put us—but we didn’t want to leave the room which was dark. Even with lights on it was dark.
