The room was dirty and falling apart as if not being maintained.. wall paper falling, cracked wood panels and the fabric on the bed headboard so broken that it cut my skin while i was sleeping.. and in top of it all, the boiler is not working, so we did not even have hot water for most of the stay.. the water pressure was terrible and there were no toiletries.. I am not sure what happened here, we had stayed there before and it was great.. now even the staff was rude to me because i asked why i was not notified the boiler was turned off for “maintenance”. Very disappointed.

No tissues backboard on bed was damaged. Not t o clean they moved me to another room this one was cleaned but overall these room are in need of renovation dew to how old and over used. The manager lady did do all that she could possibly do to help.
