A small two-bedroom holiday home (indoor 40 m2) with all amenities, including a spacious terrace, a SPA-massage system, a wood-fired hot tube (extra charge +70 euros/usage), and a garden area.

The accommodation is designed for guests who appreciate the feeling of home, a peaceful and quiet environment but want to be close to a centre or a city. The house is not suitable for parties and heavy alcohol consumption.
The house is located in an area (village) of private houses.

The house comprises two separate bedrooms, a living room with an open kitchen, shower room with a toilet and wardrobe.

Bedrooms
The house comprises two bedrooms with 160x200cm comfortable beds and a sofa bed (145x195cm) in the living room. Bedding and towels are also available.

Kitchen
The kitchen has a dining table for four people, a stove, a mini oven, a refrigerator, a kettle, a toaster, a Nespresso coffee machine, and kitchen accessories for cooking lighter dinners, and dishes for enjoying the food. Coffee and tea is available complimentary.

Shower room
The shower room has a shower corner, a washing machine and a toilet. Shower gel, shampoo and conditioner are also available.

Heating and air conditioning
The house is heated in winter time and cooled in summer time by an air source heat pump. There are also electric radiators in the bedrooms for additional heating.

Outdoor amenities
There is terrace furniture and a hot tub on the terrace.
Guests can use the garden barbecue (charcoal BBQ) and fire pit facilities for free, but charcoal and firewood are available for an additional fee, or you can bring them yourself.

The sea (stone beach) is a 5-minute walk from the accommodation (300 m) and the nearest sandy beach is 2 km away (about a 20-minute walk). The nearest restaurant is within a 10-minute walk from the accommodation.
