I checked in late at night with kids. The first room offered was disgusting. Rodent poop, bugs, floors and kitchen were not cleaned at all. I asked for a different room, the second was not as dirty as the first but still wouldn’t call it clean I went to look at the bed and there were insects on the pillows plus the key wouldn’t work so we were walking back and forth all over the hotel to get manager to fix keys at midnight. Had to get a third room bc the bugs were a no go in the second room. Kept the third room but it smelled of heavy men’s cologne. Needless to say we only stayed til morning and then booked a different hotel close by and had a much better experience. Also the manager only offered chips for all the inconvenience. Don’t waist your money here.

I never made it to the hotel because on your website it said it was only about 9 miles from my destination but once u got to my destination, it needed up being 35 miles the opposite way which was almost a 50 minute drive. It wouldn’t have made sense to stay there so I had to drive back home from my destination late a night with kids but thankfully we made it home 3 hours later. Definitely a waste of money and I don’t think I trust hotels.com to book a hotel anymore after that.

Property was great, breakfast was good. The only complaint i had was young adults in early 20's were very ignorant making loud noise, running up and down the stairs smoking weed like there wasnt anyone else staying there. Also across the parking lot was another group of spanish people blasting music and having a party late night. I wasnt able to sleep and i had a 3yr old with me which cause more stress.
