The deadbolt wouldn't latch in our room. Breakfast was minimal. Yogurt or some type of egg would have been nice. A wheat or wholegrain bread would be a nicer offering as well. It still was a decent affordable stay.

I mistakenly reserved one night when I needed two nights. I cancelled my one night so then reserved two nights but Expedia did not refund me the one night of the $109. It is not Sleep Inn's problem but Expedia has a problem with me.

Musty carpet smell.
Upon entry to the room, there was a musty smell to the room. Which means that the carpet was not completely dried before the rom was shut up.

Best pool ever. Heated and big Hotel fire alarm was going off when we got back from subway. No one ever came around to the rooms to check on anyone. My ederly in-laws didn’t even hear it. It went off for over an hour after we got back

The room overall was ok for the price, but the carpet and bed felt wet (too much humidity in the room. The quality of the bed was a 3/5. We had trouble with our room card not working, and had to go back to the desk 3 times.

Gave me a key to someone else's room. Luckily she wasn't there. Got another room, it was good. Poor lighting in the bathroom. Would be difficult for someone older or with eye sight issues. A/C was programmed to run for 3 minutes, shut down for 10 minutes and then come on for 3 more minutes. So, it never gets the room cool. Had it at 62F and the room never got below 76F. The breakfast room had several issues, The milk and OJ were at room temperature. Toaster didn't work. No fruit. The rooms were clean.

Property was clean. Rooms were a bit humid for some reason forcing me to run AC much colder than I would have liked. Their continental breakfast was pretty much gone before 8AM and little if anything was restocked. Ultimately it was clean and served its purpose
