We had four people in our room and they only gave us three towels. When I asked the housekeeper in the hall for a fourth towel, I was told no, that I had to request more from downstairs. It was annoying and ridiculous that a four-person room was only given three, small, thin towels.

Everything was great except none of the outlets on one side of the bed worked, so it made using my sleep machine and charging my phone difficult. Only one outlet worked on the other side as well.

I won't be staying at this hotel again, unless they undergo renovation. While the beds were clean, the bathroom had a door that was falling off the hinges, the sliding closet door was broken, the bathroom fixture handle came off while trying to shower, the A/C unit created moisture in the room to the point where the carpet felt moist, the carpets in the room were grimy to the point where I would NOT walk on them in anything less than shoes (not even just socks), the outlets wouldn't hold a plug. So, overall (as I write this out), the hotel room was pretty nasty. The customer service in the lobby was great though.

I have been staying in hotel for quite some time. I like the location and price they offer. But in my last stay, I was not happy like I was previously. Good: 1. While cheking in, Lady called Alysia was very nice and make us felt like warm welcome and accommodative to our request. 2. Location of this property is very good. You will find everything nearby. 3. Breakfast is very good. 4. Ample parking. 5. Safe area. Bad: 1. I wanted my hand and face towel to be relaced. So, I walked up to a cleaning lady on ny floor with multi-color shower cap. First of all, she pretended I am not there. After calling her 2 times, she looked at me. I requested to change towels and she asked my room number. I mentioned my room number and then she said that she doesn't have any towel and I have to go to reception to get it replaced. If she doesn't have towel what is the point asking my room number. 2. Room itself had multiple issues. Office chair was not there and When requested, they didn't have any. Bathroom shower curtain was torn from top ends. Bath tub sprout was faulty so it was running water continuously. There were only 3 towels provided even though they knew the room is for 4. There were not enough hand and face towels. Bath rug was torn. 4. One of 2 elevators was not working. Not sure if they are going thru renovation but the overall experience was not good.
