Budget friendly nostalgic stay.
Okay stay, hotel is in need of updating and maintenance instead of just shutting down and covering things in need of repairs (hot tubs, warm pool), I enjoyed the previous version tropical oasis I stayed at when I was younger. Staff were friendly, price was good, will stay again but hope to get one of the updated rooms.

Horrible stay.
Horrible stay, and crappy service. They don't respond to requests for more towels or toilet paper. Can't switch rooms till the next day, cause of no houskeepers. Had no running hot water in the shower and sink tap water. Floors felt dirty, and the pillows smelt of sweat. Would not recomend staying here!

I guess the property fits the rate I paid but no one should pay a higher price to stay there. I've never stayed at any hotel that doesn't at least make the beds while your out and tidy the room. But like I said you get what you pay for

Total rip off! I would not recommend staying here. Strange drunk woman entered our room and used our toilet, our belongings were at risk as well as our puppy could’ve gotten out and lost! Overcharged for pet deposit, room booked wasn’t what it was supposed to be. Moved us so they ended up getting an $80 pet deposit rather than the $40 we should have paid. The pet room was way cleaner than the non pet room. Manager and staff were rude and inconsiderate! This used to be a great hotel to stay at only last year. Will never stay there again!!!!

I didnt like how unfriendly the staff that checked us in. No smile no hello. Didnt feel welcoming at all. Check out staff was so friendly and felt more welcomed when we were leaving. But still will continue to go there, in the future

We extended the stay. We were charged for the initial overnight stay, so they charged us 108 twice today sept 29th and said it was a holding fee to charge 2 times. So I explained that we needed that money and she said I will be getting 108 returned I. 1-2 business days. This place needs elevator

You guys should check with your merchant and make sure your system is working properly. The girl at the front desk put my card information into the system and it got declined. She tried 5 times and it kept on declining. I went to the bank to see if there is something wrong with the card. Bank said everything is good in your card. How can a $20000 card decline for a 200$ payment. Then i came back and i tried in their debit machine and it worked. The girl at front desk was terrible. She keep on saying you have a problem in your card and the bank said it is perfect and good for any kind of payment. It was a terrible experience.
