Beds were comfortable, breakfast was good. I have requested adjoining rooms but was not given that. Service at the front desk was just ok. The pools heater was not working properly so kids were disappointed by that. For the price i think i would look elsewhere the next time.

The property was nice good location near good food and golf the front staff willingness to help when I need a schedule change 3days in advance poor ,the person I had an issue come up on a Monday that meant I had to check out a day earlier which was a Thursday and at the front desk all I got was nope nope you have already checked in you can not change this you will be here for the week. I did check out a day earlier after a 3hr wait and call to head office and when leaving I didn’t even get a thank you or have a nice day
