Took a shower aftwr a dip in the pooland found a large amount of mould in the grout around the bathtub. And the phone didnt work. Complained to the manager all she offered was a $10 discount which was actually only $5 from what i paid with hotels.com. NOT A VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

Checked in very late and otherwise would have asked to switch rooms but were so tired. Room didn’t appear to be completely cleaned. Duvets were filthy, including with what we hope was animal and not human poop. Dirty towels in wardrobe, flies in room, cigarette ash on the side table even though it was a nonsmoking room.

One of the best
National 9 in Wellington, Utah, was one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in! All the persons working there were friendly and accommodating. The rooms were really clean and well stocked with amenities. The pool was wonderful! I highly recommend this hotel and I will definitely be staying here again!
