Looking for a spacious and newly renovated house? Our two-story house is the perfect fit!

Renovated in June 2022, the house features brand new bathrooms and two living rooms, one on each floor. With an open layout on the first floor, you'll have plenty of space to entertain and relax.

The first floor includes the main living area, kitchen, dining room, and four bedrooms, making it perfect for those who prefer not to use stairs. The colorful pillows adorning the large sectional couch in the living area immediately catch your eye, providing ample seating for the entire family.

The lower floor boasts the entire living space with a king-size bed, extra living space, and a private bathroom.

The fully equipped kitchen features beautiful granite countertops and all essential cooking amenities, including a microwave, full stove/oven, dishwasher, and plenty of counter space for meal prep. It's the ideal space for cooking homemade meals and enjoying time with family and friends.

Cozy home with some goods and bads
First, let me say that this house met our needs and we got much more comfortable after the 1st day. There are definitely some goods and bads to share about this property. Goods - There are 5 bedrooms all with queen or king beds. The rooms are plenty spacious and the mattresses were all in good shape. The living area is open and connected to the kitchen which makes for a great area to congregate as a group. We had a great time hanging out while cooking, etc. The backyard patio is huge and on nice weather days, it is also a great space to relax. A few more outdoor chairs would be nice. Not so good - the house is definitely dated and seems to be in the midst of various updates. If you care about things matching - you may not like it. The secondary bathrooms are very small and have tiny showers. The kitchen has every appliance you should need, but the cookware and utensils are in extremely poor condition or non-existent. Pans had no non-stick left and were all scraped to the metal. Very few cooking options to work with. The ice maker in the fridge didn't work. The dishwasher door didn't latch and couldn't be fixed while we were there so we did most dishes by hand. Also, no garbage disposal in the sink... seems like a little thing until you have to scrape every plate in the trash which isn't near the sink. Future renters NOTE - this house is very remote. 5 miles to town; in a cellphone dead zone. If the home internet goes down, you will not be able to call out!

Met all expectations! Great place!
Pros: Very clean, comfy beds, lots of dishes, good communication, lots of parking, great location for casinos, spacious open areas, game room, comfy couches, 3 1/2 bathrooms, minimal closing expectations. Cons: not every bedroom had accommodations for luggage, some bed frames were a stubbing hazard, carpets were outdoor carpets with no padding so were a tripping hazard, floor between entrance and living room was not even. Many of these were issues because the 8 of us are in our late 60’s. Younger folks might not have noticed any of this. Would definitely rent here again!

Casino trip weekend HQ
A group of friends had a great stay here splitting our time between Foxwoods (6 minute drive) and Mohegan (15 minute drive). We comfortably slept our group of seven adults (with a few people bunking together). Plenty of room to relax and hang out during times we weren't at casinos and we had no problem getting ubers/lyfts to/from. Would recommend for any groups looking for a casino getaway weekend!

Fabulous Accomodations
We booked this home for the nuptials of our son. This home worked out perfectly for hosting friends and family. Plenty of space for everyone. Great huge deck and huge backyard. Everyone complimented the home that came over. The only drawback I could point out is you don't get cell reception. Not a completely bad thing, just means more privacy! lol I would absolutely recommend this home for big family accommodations. Communications with the owners was spot-on! Location is pretty good if you opt for either casinos, the airport is only 45 minutes away, grocery store 15-20 mins.

Perfect Girls Weekend!
We organized a "girls" weekend for my best friends 50th! It was 6 of us, so we wanted to find a space that was large enough to accommodate all of us, not just for sleeping, but spending time together and this property fit the bill. With 5 large beds, a futon and with the 3.5 bathrooms we had plenty of space. The kitchen was well appointed and the living room open and spacious. The game room downstairs was a fun addition. The property is located between Foxwoods and Mohegan and super easy to get to. The hosts were responsive and accommodating.

Spacious and great location
The house was very spacious and the location was great. Close to everything. It could use some sprucing up with some deep cleaning and paint. The beds were very comfy and there was ample supplies. Loved the deck. It would have been nice to have menus of local places to eat or local maps. Overall, a great place to stay and would definitely stay there again.

My stay here was amazin. Location was in the middle of both casinos (Foxwoods and Mohegan). Was here with friends for a nice weekend and we all had a blast, the house held everyone and there was space to have fun, play games and watch movies! I definitely would recommend and will be back another time during the summer!

House was clean but house definitely needs some updates. Window was cracked in bedroom, tile missing in bathroom, ceiling looked like it was going to fall down in the hallway in one spot. Deck needs repair. Doesn’t look safe. Downstairs bedroom was a little sketchy and noises. Other than the bathrooms and kitchen counter, the house was more rustic than the pictures show.

Overall the house was everything we needed. 5 good size bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths. All linens and towels were provided and neatly laid out in each bedroom. The house was a little bit dated compared to the photos, but it was still beautiful. 2 bedrooms had attached bathrooms which I hadn't noticed on the layout. Easy check in and check out process. We were 10 mins from Mohegan. House is located on a main road so at night it's hard to see, but other than that easy/convenient location. Also very spacious parking situation. Wish I could have enjoyed it in the summer. The patio and backyard looked lovely.

Peaceful country retreat
We are three friends who love casinos and this was the perfect choice for us. The house is located approximately 9 minutes from Mohegan Sun and 5 minutes from Foxwoods. Set back from the road, it is quiet and peaceful. The house was clean and the beds were very comfortable. It is close to Mystic Village (25 minutes) and Clinton Premium Outlets (40 minutes). We would definitely stay there again.

Great location 5 minutes to Foxwoods! Very big bedrooms, kitchen, and living room. Plenty of space for everyone. Large deck and private backyard also. It’s on a busy road but couldn’t hear it inside the house at all. Overall, very pleased and would stay again!

Disheartening Experience
I booked this home for our Spiritual & Mental Wellness Retreat. Unfortunately we had a death in the family of one of our members and had to change the date. I did a formal change in date and then gave the date 2 more times with a total of 3 times. They asked me to resend the dates even after I sent it twice. After resending the date again, they never replied back. They then proceeded to send the booking information on the day I was supposed to check in! When I told them I gave the dates a few times, and asked them to look at our correspondence, they never replied. Its been over a month and they never replied. I contacted Vrbo it took Vrbo three times for reach out to the property manager & owner before they finally replied. I understand if I couldn't get a refund, but why was there zero communication? As a home owner on Vrbo, you are running a business, and it is very disheartening, inconsiderate, and unprofessional to not reply at all. We take pride in communication as we deal with the mental health of individuals and when we had an unfortunate loss of loved one it was ridiculous to not get a replies. We would have loved to stay in this home, which is why we asked to change the date, but not with this miscommunication. Its sad people would conduct business this way. It was my hope not to write a review but after a month of being ignored I had no choice. If you are the home owner, please check the ethics and values of the property managers you hire. Be well.

The house was perfect for our needs. We enjoyed family/friend dinners and breakfast. There was ample room for everyone to sleep and move around freely. The only obstacle that we faced was a 10 AM check out time as there was a lot to take care of prior to leaving and we wanted to enjoy our last night together so we were unable to get as much done the night before as we had hoped. I understand housekeeping has a lot to do as well. We were able to work out a mutual plan that worked for everyone concerned.
