There is more than enough space for up to 4 guests to enjoy a comfortable stay this is the perfect home away from home. Located in the heart of the city just a stone's throw from the train station and a short walk to the shops restaurants and bars, you will be in an enviable location in Preston.

The Space:
The apartment combines a period exterior with a modern interior, impeccably finished with contemporary furnishings and all the home comforts you could need. There are 2 bright and airy double bedrooms with storage for clothes, a modern bathroom with a bath tub and a beautiful open plan living space with a fully fitted kitchen, equipped with everything you need to cook meals at home. There's a dining table so you can sit and enjoy your meals, a comfortable sofa and armchair for you to unwind and watch movies on the smart Tv, as well as free Wifi throughout. Towels and toiletries are provided at the beginning of your stay. Free parking on site is also included.

The Neighborhood:
Located on a quiet street but still in a central area of Preston, the main Fishergate shopping centre, along with an array of bars, cafes and restaurants are just a 10 minute walk away. Just 5 minutes walk takes you to the River Ribble, perfect for a scenic evening stroll along the riverbank and up to Miller and Avenham Parks.

Getting Around:
Being so centrally located, most of the city is accessible on foot. There are also local bus services leaving from the end of the road. The main train station is only a 10 minute walk away, and has rail links throughout the UK. For those travelling by car, Preston is a relatively easy city to drive in and parking is also included at the property. Both the Yorkshire Dales and Lake District National Parks are just an hours drive away.

Visiting fam for Holidays !
This place is the perfect spot for traveling on the train to see some of the UK ! It train was walking distance and preston had everything you may need for your stay!
