The HVAC unit is very sufficient for any type of weather. As a bonus there is a screened in patio with table, chairs and ceiling fan for added comfort. Property is 1 minute walk to pickle ball, large pool, sauna, fully equipped exercise room, mailboxes, putting greens, club house, billiard room and bocce ball court, covered social hall and entertainment hall. The neighbors are friendly. Prescott and Prescott Valley offer a wide variety of activities for those interested in Arizona history, Western & Native American art, antique shops, golfing, fishing, hiking, gambling casinos, panning for gold, or just exploring the many back-mountain roads. The park has printed rules and first time guest must fill out a background form with the Park office
